About The Photographer


Anderson is the former publisher/managing

editor of CameraArts magazine, and for nine-years has produced

Red Dog News, a bi-weekly photography-related e-newsletter

that now goes out to more than 6,000 world-wide subscribers.

He is also a publisher (Cygnet Press), and Editor-at-Large for

Adore Noir magazine (online). He also publishes Shadow & Light

Magazine, a PDF and print, bi-monthly, 100-page photography



He regularly participates in and curates the semi-annual exhibit

(with Pat Berrett), “1x15,” (one model and fifteen

photographers), and manages several art/photography Websites

and blogs. He has juried throughout the country for ANMPAS,

Review Santa Fe, Review LA, Photo Lucida, The Center for Fine

Art Photography, The Gala Awards, and The Palm Springs Photo

Festival. He has photographed workshops by Elizabeth Opalenik

(Imagination & Dreams, Santa Fe Workshops), Joyce Tenneson

(Santa Fe Workshops), and was asked by the iconic photographer

Lucien Clergue to document his nude outdoor location workshop

in Béssége, France, in 2009.
